I’ve screwed up. I’ve been binging again. For about four days I’ve kinda let myself go. I’ve been sitting around and eating all sorts of junk, fat, salt and sugar.

BUT what’s more important I’m back on track now. I’ve been eating healthy for five days already. I was faced to so many temptations but I made the right choices.
I stopped doing The 30-Days’ Shred. I know it sucks but I work so many hours that when I get home I just drop dead. I think I’ll put this workout off for some time. The only things I’m capable of right now is a lot of walking and 10 min of Hula Hoop a day (I want that waist to be thin!).

Tomorrow I’m going to the big party. It’s my best friend’s birthday. I konw it could ruin my healthy eating pattern. But I do want to enjoy this party. That’s why I plan to eat a healthy snack before the party. And I’ve decided not to limit myself to alcohol lol but I won’t eat anything that is made of potatoes, I’m allowed only one spoonful of all the “bad” stuff and only one small piece of cake. And of course absolutely no soda and sugary drinks. I swear to stick to fruit and veggies and do a lot of dancing and fun games.
I hope it works!

And by the way I’m 199 lbs already. It feels amazing to be out of 200-s.
